M9 Sorter

The M9 uses food-grade polyurethane belts to gently and precisely sort cannabis buds while preserving trichomes for optimal product potency, packaging appeal, and price. Unlike manual screen or vibration sorting, the M9 does not agitate the bud structure, leaving the delicate plant architecture intact.

Combined with the optional Autofeed Conveyor, the M9 integrates seamlessly into the Mobius harvesting system, creating a fully automated process from bucking to precision trimming to sorting. To accommodate different workflows, the outfeed direction can be configured to suit your layout. Finally, the sorting partitions can be adjusted or removed in seconds, resulting in unlimited customizable sorting size options. It handles small and large cannabis buds with ease.

Upgraded Features
Integrated Conveyor Controls
If using an Autofeed Conveyor alongside your M9 bud soter, you can connect the conveyor power source directly to the sorter. The conveyor can then be toggled on or off manually from the interface, or be set to Auto Mode, allowing the conveyor to start and stop in sync with the belts of the M9. You can set your desired conveyor speed using the knob on the Autofeed.

Automatic Belt Tensioning
The M9 Sorter features a linear actuator to automatically tension and remove tension from the belts. When the sorter is turned on, the belts will automatically tension to the previous setting, removing the manual labor and saving time during the process.

2x Sets of Deflectors
An additional set of V-deflectors ensures there are fewer clumps of material traveling along the belts to help spread out the on-coming product. Achieve a more precise sorting process with double the deflectors at the inlet of the M9.

Safety-First Design
The M9 uses safety interlocks to provide the highest level of operator safety. The system automatically shuts down if a maintenance panel is removed, and the sorting tray immediately glows red to indicate a fault status. Once the fault is corrected, the operator can restart the machine with the user-friendly touchscreen interface.

Reduce Downtime
Like all Mobius products, all M9 components can easily be removed without tools, resulting in fast disassembly, easy cleaning, and quick reassembly. This simple design and stainless steel construction keep your sorting GMP compliant.

The M9 also features a cleaning mode setting that allows the user to run the machine with the guarding removed at a limited speed of 1. This enables seamless cleaning for the user to safely pressure wash the rollers as they slowly rotate and wash the interior of the machine.
